The EC-40 semi-automatic collarette cutter from Svegea of Sweden handles body-size and large-diameter tubular knitted and woven fabric. It cuts binding from 16 – 140 mm (5/8 – 5 1/2”) wide, with a standard setup cutting two bands simultaneously (additional bands possible with an extra knife unit).
