Tube Sewing Unit

The complete Bias System includes the Tube Sewing Unit (TSU) used for converting tubular material to open width fabric. The Bias Cutter/Winder is used for opening previously formed tubular material and rewinding the bias to an open width roll. It comes with a roll slitter to cut the fabric roll into desired widths for bias binding.

Euro Collarette Fully Automatic (EC 450-XF)

The Svegea Euro Collarette Fully Automatic (EC 450-XF) cuts tubular fabric into precision binding bands, up to 7 at a time, with band widths up to 300mm and speeds up to 65 m/min. Strip Cutter – CMS 1800A3/ CMS1800A4

The Svegea CMS 1 800A3 / CMS 1 800A4 are premium, fully automatic strip cutters engineered for high-volume, continuous roll-slitting operations. Featuring fully automated cutter transport and blade forwarding, the CMS 1800 A3/A4 minimizes operator intervention while maximizing cutting accuracy across wide-format rolls. Designed with an advanced touchscreen control panel, operators can program complex multi-cut sequences, adjust blade and roll rotation speeds electronically, and rely on the full protective housing for total operational safety.
CMS 1850A Automatic Strip Cutter

The Svegea CMS 1850A is an economically priced, high-efficiency automatic strip cutter engineered for precise roll-slitting operations. Built to accommodate a maximum working width of 1630 mm and roll diameters up to 250 mm, the CMS 1850A offers an ideal balance of performance and value. It features step-motor-controlled bandwidth settings and carriage movement, electronic variable speed control for both the cutting blade and fabric roll, and a user-friendly touch display capable of storing up to 5 preset cut widths per cycle for seamless production changeovers.
CRX Air Relaxing Series

The CRX Air Relaxing Series stabilizes knitted and woven fabrics before cutting by using controlled airflow to eliminate tensions from knitting, dyeing, or winding. Featuring adjustable air intensity, stepless speed control, integrated edge alignment, and electronic length measuring, it restores natural fabric structure and prevents distortion across all material weights.
